By creating an account or topping up with AYLECALLS you agree to these terms.
Service
- AYLECALLS provides SIP calling billed per minute from a prepaid balance. There is no subscription.
- Call quality depends on your internet connection and SIP app as well as our carriers. We don't guarantee that every destination is always reachable.
- Rates may change. The rate shown on the Rates page when a call starts is the rate that applies.
Acceptable use
- No spam, robocalls, fraud, harassment, or any illegal or abusive calling.
- Don't impersonate others with caller ID. We log every caller-ID change.
- Don't resell or share your SIP credentials. One line is for one customer.
- Accounts that break these rules are suspended without refund.
Balance and refunds
- Top-ups are paid in crypto and credited once the payment confirms on chain.
- Balance isn't redeemable for cash. Unused balance doesn't expire while your account is in good standing.
- If a charge looks wrong, open a support ticket within 7 days of the call.
Emergency calls
- AYLECALLS is not a replacement for a phone line and can't be used to call emergency services.
